Deleting Work Drive Data with Device Replacement in PC rooms (L11, L21)
At the beginning of September, we replaced PC devices in PC rooms (L11, L21) after deletion of Work Drive data (D-drive data) in previous PCs.
However, some users unfortunately lost their data on Work Drive in the previous PCs without taking backups.

As a general rule, Work Drive data is no warranty because we don't take backups. It also may be deleted because of a potential for the breakdown of devices and their maintenance. We described these notifications on the web as above, but we apologize that it was not enough to remind users of the data deletion with the device replacement.
Finally, we would like to use this opportunity to remind you that you should please take backups every time you use Work Drive.
