  • Addition of feature to the portfolio
    [(For Faculties) You can check messages, notices and bulletin boards.]

July 13, 2020

  • Delayed submission of reports
    [(For Faculties) We added a new feature that accepts submissions until 15 minutes after the deadline.]
    Note: The “Delayed” status is given as delay data to students who submitted reports after the deadline whether or not the strict deadline is set.
  • Report submission file preview
    [(For Faculties) You can preview the report submission file in "Report return history" or "Report status all list".]
    Note: Only PDF files can be previewed.
  • Outputs a consolidated PDF file when download reports
    [(For Faculties)When you download a report, the system creates and outputs a consolidated file of the PDF files submitted by a student. ]
    Note: When creating a report, this option is available only if "PDF" is selected in "File Format," or if the submitted files are PDF files.
  • Added information to downloaded student report file names
    [(For Faculties) "Student ID_Faculty/Grade_student name" was added to the file name of the report file submitted by the student.]
    Note: Output file name: Student ID number_Faculty/Grade_Student name_Original file name.

  • Added the Keio ID output feature
    [(For Faculties) The system now can let you get the Keio IDs of students of a class or participants of a community and export them in the form of CSV in a student/participant list.Individuals who are associated with a student/participant list are subject to CSV export.]
  • Features support auto-link generation of URLs
    [The system now can convert URLs contained in messages, notices, teaching materials, reports and bulletin boards to links automatically. ]
  • Updated message feature on Home.
    [If no class is selected, the message feature checks off “Unread messages” by default. If read messages are not shown, uncheck “Unread messages” and click the “Search” button. ]

  • Termination of the [Save in Bulk (Old)] feature for reports
    [(For faculties) This feature has been removed from the [Operation] pull-down menu in the [Course Settings - Report]. In the future, please use the [Save in Bulk] feature in the same pull-down menu.]
  • Addition of [Team] feature
    [The [Team] feature is now available in the Class/Community screen. Please use it for grouping students, etc.]
    Faculty: Create teams, manage team members, and set the access permission of each content according to teams or individuals.
    Student: Check the contents for the team you belong to

  • Bug fix for Submission
    [Fixed the Submission feature (not the "Report" feature) bug that the incorrect information was displayed on the re-authentication screen.]

    [The file will be downloaded with the name at the time of file registration. The target functions are as follows.]
    Faculty / Student : Teaching materials / BBS / report attachments and various attachments for reports

    [(For Faculties)Registration of Non degree student (s) can now be registered in a CSV file.]
  • About the faculty participation community
    [Faculties can now participate as members in the community created by the staff.]
  • Addition of questionnaire chart display feature
    [Question types that can be set points are added in Questionnaire Feature. If there are three or more questions, a chart will be displayed at the time of answer confirmation.]
  • Add feature to portfolio
    [Faculties can now check the teaching materials feature and testing feature from the portfolio.]
    [Students are now able to check the test feature from the portfolio.]
  • Add default comment setting feature when returning report
    [(For Faculties) When creating a report, you can now make a comment on return.]
  • Add message recipient list management feature
    [(For Faculties)It is now possible to create a list of message recipients before sending.]
  • About the addition of other features
    [It is possible to change the font size. You can choose from 4 sizes: Small, Normal, Large, Extra Large.]
    [The filters in use are now colored in various list screens.]

  • Layout renewal (Manual :Faculty / Student
    [More intuitive screen layout. The new screen layout supports smartphones and tablets.]
    [The new system is equipped with better sorting capability of lists and filtering functionality.]
    [Date settings can be done in calendar format, making it easier to see.]
