  4. From when will I be able to use the new email address in the "@keio.jp" domain?

(Q1) Can I use the current email address?
(A1) You can continue to use the email address you now use (example: keio-taro@a2.keio.jp) after system migration. The domain will not be "@gmail.com".

(Q2) Can I use the current email address for the mailing list?
(A2) You can continue to use the email address for the mailing list now operating (example: keio-seminar@ml.keio.jp) after system migration. The mailing list functions will migrate to the Group: G Suite for Education (formerly Google Apps for Education). Because it is difficult for the registration contents and condition settings etc. to migrate on the system side, please individually transfer the settings according to the contents to be introduced later. And email sent to the present mailing list will be transmitted so that it can be received by the new system. For details, please see About migration of the mailing list .

(Q3) It seems that with the new system, I can use the new email address in the "@keio.jp" domain, but what kind of address will it be?
(A3) With the start of the new system, "Keio Apps ID" will be distributed to people who could use Keio mail with keio.jp. A Keio Apps ID can be used as an email address. In this case, email that has been delivered to the past email address will also be delivered to the Keio Apps ID. For details, refer to “About Keio Apps ID”. You can continue to use the email address you now use without change. (You will be able to continue to use the email address you now use as your sending address and receiving address.)

(Q4) From when will I be able to use new email address for the "@keio.jp" domain?
(A4) (A4) You can use it from November 11, 2014, when use of the new system will start.
