13-2 Migration: Email Notification Settings

Introduction

Settings concerning email notification of submission to the mailing list will migrate. * If approval is not given for email submission, it will be unnecessary to perform this. In this case, please advance to "13-3. Migration: Temporary Interruption State" .

Please perform the following procedure.

Confirming contents of settings under the current system (DEEPMail)

  1. Go to the top page of the current system (DEEPMail), and then click "Mailing List" in the upper menu. The mailing list will start, so please perform the following procedure in mailing list.



  2. Click "Manage List" on the menu on the left.



  3. Turn on the radio button on the mailing list you want to confirm then click "Email Notification Settings".



  4. Confirm settings of "Reject Submission" and "Submission Rejection Message".

    ※ Withdrawal of member: It cannot be set under the new system (Gmail). All are received.
    * Submission approval: It cannot be set under the new system (Gmail). When it is approved, the submission is sent to the members.




If Submission Rejection is set to "Do not Send", the procedure beginning at 13-2 is unnecessary.
Please continue by advancing to "13-3. Migration: Temporary Interruption State" .

Setting under the new system (Gmail)

  1. Select Group from the menu of the new system (Gmail).



  2. Click "My Group".



  3. Click "Manage" of the Group (mailing list) to be set.



  4. Click "Settings" from the menu on the left and then click "Management".



  5. In the case where Submission Rejection confirmed by item 4. “Confirmation of contents of settings under the current system (DEEPMail)" is “Send”, insert a check at “Notify submitter when the administrator has rejected a submission”, and enter the contents of the “Submission Rejection Message” in the box below it.

    After completion of migration, click "Save".




After completing the above procedure, advance to "13-3. Migration: Temporary Interruption State" .
