Application Online for SFC-CNS Services

• Only faculty and staff members can apply online for SFC-CNS device connection service.
  Recently, we have promoted online application procedures for SFC-CNS services. An application online system for SFC-CNS device connection service was ready for release, so we made it available to the public on June 1.
  If you would like to use a static IP address, please use this application online system.
• Please confirm expiration dates for use of your registered devices.
  To start this application online service, we input data of all application forms into our database. Because some of them have been already expired, please confirm your application expiration dates.
  
  Steps for confirmation of your application data are as follows:
  1. Login to the application online system.
     https://itcsecure.sfc.keio.ac.jp/form/application/
     => Click on "Login" displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.
     => Enter your CNS login name and CNS loin password.
  2. Check your application list.
     After your login, an application list will be displayed. Please select "Extend", "Modify", or "Delete" about each entry.
