Changing SFC-CNS Print System
We will change the SFC-CNS print system at the end of March as shown below. With this change, the printing fees and payment method will be changed from April 1, 2014. Your understanding will be appreciated.
1. Change of Printing Fees

- When the students of Graduate School of Media and Governance use the CNS printers after April 1, 2014, as with the undergraduate students, they need to pay the printing fees shown above. (Up to 2,500JPY per year is covered by the school expenses.) The details will be informed via e-mail. Meanwhile, the ERNS printers installed in the graduate school building remain unchanged, and they can be used as before.
2. Change of Payment Method

[Remarks]
- When those who should pay printing fees print from the CNS printers, they must prepare a prepaid e-money card (Suica, Pasmo, etc.) recharged with the necessary amount of money for printing. If the amount stored in the card is not sufficient, they cannot use the printers.
- A prepaid e-money card must be prepared by each user.
- The students (both the undergraduate and graduate students) of Shonan Fujisawa campus can make prints up to 2,500JPY per year without paying with a prepaid e-money card. The printing fees exceed the amount should be paid with a prepaid e-money card. Other students need to pay all the printing fees.

3. Change of Printers and Locations
Up until now, SFC-CNS has operated monochrome printers and color printers separately. However, since we have already introduced virtual printers (monoprn and colorprn), we have decided to replace all the printers with color printers with the change of the print system.
As before, when monoprn is specified, it is considered as monochrome print, and when colorprn is specified, it is considered as color print, and both monochrome print and color print are available on all the printers.
