Data on Work Drive (D: Drive) will be deleted (Mar. 14, 26)

Data on Work Drive (D: Drive) will be deleted according to the schedule below.
9:00am, March 14 (Mon), 2016
k18, e17, i18, o17 and Macs in MC/NMC the same type as k18, e17, i18, o17 (to replace the computers)
9:00am, March 26 (Sat), 2016
L11, L18, L21 and All PCs/Macs in MC/NMC
Each individual will be responsible for backing up necessary data to external HDDs or such. Data cannot be restored for whatever reason.
Make sure that backing up will be finished until Febuary 1st, because PC room k18, e17 and i18 will be closed for energy saving.
