Unavailability of CNS service due to replacing devices in summer (August, September) 2016.

Regarding stopping a service temporary because of replacing CNS network device (Aug. 10-17).
We are planning to replace CNS network device. Details are described below.
A temporary unavailability of CNS service because of switching CNS storage server for collage staff (Aug. 8).
Switching CNS storage sever for teachers is scheduled as follows due to replacing CNS network. During replacing CNS network, it is not available to use all services of SFC-CNS.
Time: Aug. 8, 2016 (Monday) It will be stopped for 10 minutes twice during 8:30am - 9:00am.
Subject: Teacher and staff(It includes Junior and Senior High School staffs and research officer).
Content: Temporary unavailability of services because of switching storage server for collage staff.
Effect: All SFC-CNS services temporarily unavailable (Log-in shared computer, receiving and sending email, authentication roaming).
Notes: Emails received in this time will be delivered late.

A temporary unavailability of a mail service(receiving) of CNS IMAP Mail Server (Aug. 11).
We are planning to stop the mail server of CNS IMAP for the maintenance as follows. During perform the maintenance, it is not available to access to CNS Web mail service and to receive an email by using IMAP.
Time: Aug. 11, 2016 (Thursday) The service will be stopped for 30 minutes during 10:00am - 11:00am.
