Data on Work Drive (D: Drive) will be deleted (Sep. 9)

Data on Work Drive (D: Drive) will be deleted according to the schedule below.
9:00am, September 9 (Sat), 2017
k18, e17, i18, o17, L11, L18, L21 and All PCs/Macs in MC/NMC
Each individual will be responsible for backing up necessary data to external HDDs or such. Data cannot be restored for whatever reason.
Make sure that backing up will be finished until August 1st, because PC room k18, e17 and i18 will be closed for energy saving.
