Changing the E-mail Sender/Signature

Gmail
- Changing the Sender
- Log in to Gmail, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, and select "See All Settings". Next, select the "Accounts" tab, and if you have the address with your new format ID (e.g., keiotaro@keio.jp) under "Send mail as:" to the right of it, click "Make default".
- If not, please refer to "Change the name on your Gmail account" (Google's page) to register your email address with the new format ID.
- To change your signature, please refer to "Create a Gmail Signature" (Google's page).
Outlook
- To change the sender, please refer to "Change the display name that email recipients see" (Microsoft's page) (change to the new format ID if the old format ID is available on the [Account Settings] screen).
- To change the signature, please refer to "Change an email signature" (Microsoft's page).
Thunderbird
- Menu Location: Select Account Settings from the Tools menu. In the Account Settings window, select <Account Name> and click "Manage Identities".

In the Sender Information window, select <Sender Information>, click "Edit", and then select the "Settings" tab.
- Email Address field: Change the email address from the old format ID to the new format ID.
- Reply-to Address field: If the old format ID is set, change it to the new format ID.
- Signature text field: If the old format ID is used, change it to the new format ID.

- Click on [Tools] at the top and then [Mailbox Setup].
- [Account] tab: E-mail address: Change the e-mail address from the old format ID to the new format ID.
- [Compose] tab: If there is the old format ID in each item, change it to the new format ID.
Mac Mail
- Please refer to "Change settings in Mail on Mac" (Apple's page) to implement this (check the 'Email address' field in 'Accounts', 'Signatures', etc.).
iPhone/iPad Mail App
- From Settings, tap [Mail] - [Account] - [(Keio Mail account)] - [Account Settings]. If the old format ID is found in [Email] and [Description] under [Account Settings], change it to the new format ID.
- To change the signature, please refer to "Change email settings in Mail on iPhone" (Apple's page).
