[Important] To Faculty and Staff Who Retired at the Mandatory Age or Through Voluntary Retirement In or After March 2019: Important Notice Regarding System and Email Usage
This is an important notice regarding post-retirement system and email usage for those who were "full-time faculty and staff" during their tenure. Please be sure to check this information, as the current status varies depending on your job category (faculty or staff) at the time of retirement.
To Retired Staff Members and Honorary Councilors: Notice of Termination of System and Email Services
The Keio email services, including "keio.jp authentication," which were provided to individuals who were full-time staff members during their tenure (staff who retired at the mandatory age and staff who took voluntary retirement) and Honorary Councilors, were discontinued (no longer available) as of March 31, 2026.

*Retired staff members and Honorary Councilors can no longer log in to various applications using keio.jp authentication or use the email services.

To Retired Faculty Members: Continuation and Future of keio.jp Authentication (Login Function)
For those who were full-time faculty members during their tenure and retired at the mandatory age or through voluntary retirement in or after March 2019, certain applications on keio.jp remain available for use.
[Eligible Users]
- Faculty who retired at the mandatory age (those who retired in or after March 2019)

Faculty who took voluntary retirement (those who retired in or after March 2019)
*Those who retired in or before February 2019 are not eligible to use these services.
