Handling Your Account Information

You need your login name and password to use network services of Keio University. Please handle your account information with care. The internal rules for using SFC-CNS and keio.jp terms of use prohibit an act that affect the normal network operation including giving or lending someone your password.

Recently, some unofficial website found to request to enter their login names and passwords. Such personal information is very important to identify a specific user. Verify the legitimacy of the website before submit any personal data including login name and password.

If you would like to provide services to users of SFC-CNS only on your website, please take appropriate countermeasures such as restricting domain access, requesting to enter temporary information which you provide by CNS mail, and so on to avoid requesting user’s login name and password.

Currently, we are considering increasing the number of characters used for passwords to 10. We will inform you about the changes we have made and how we will be operating SFC-CNS passwords. Thank you for your understanding.
