Trouble of Archive Server(Media Server/Y: Drive) (Jan.15)

As described below, an archive server failure has occurred.

Period: from January 15 at 11:00, 2013 to now
Description: Some users cannot access their archive directories.
Detail:

On the archive server (Media server/Y drive), there is no area restriction for the users to store their content files.
There is no backup of the archive server on CNS. Once files are deleted, it is not possible to restore them.
Some errors will occur when you log on to Windows PC, but you can ignore them.
