Procedures of Mail Forwarding Service for Alumni
Procedures for mail forwarding service are shown in a table below. This service is provided for undergraduate students who will graduate, graduate students who will complete master or doctoral program, and doctoral candidates who will withdraw from the doctoral program.
They will be allowed to continue to use SFC-CNS services because their CNS accounts will be deleted on April 1, 2013.
By using this mail forwarding service, they can forward their CNS emails to arbitrary email addresses for a year. If you are one of them and would like to use this service, ITC recommends that you follow procedures below by the end of March after starting the registration.
If you need not to use this service, please make a backup copy of data in CNS mail server, home directory, and media server by the end of March.
If you will go on to the graduate school or enroll as a faculty member / visiting researcher, you can continue to use SFC-CNS services. Please inquiry about procedures for using your SFC-CNS accounts.

1) Access Mail Forwarding Configuration Page

3) Enter any email addresses for forwarding and click on “submit your changes” | |
4) Logout | |

・Change password for forwarding emails (initial password: CNS login password) | |

Notes | ※ Forwarding services starts after registering this service. |
※ Users can receive emails as is previously done until March 31, 2013. From April 1, they can receive only emails whose addresses are registered. | |
※ Users can register new email addresses after April 1, but mails sent from the April 1 to a day of registration are not saved. ITC recommend that users register by the end of March 2013. | |
※ This service can be used for a year. | |
※ This service do not support SFC-ERNS accounts in Graduate School of Media and Governance | |
