Work Drive (D: Drive)* operating rules will change as of September 1, 2013 as indicated below.

	Current Operating Rules (until Aug.31, 2013)	New Operating Rules (from Sept.1, 2013)
Usage Limit	None (remaining capacity on the drive)
Time Limit	All Users: Deleted after 188 days of no access Graduates/Retired Users: Deleted after 30 days of no access	Deleted at the end of each semester (around Sept.15 and March 31 every year)
Data Protection	None (no backup)
Notes	Data may be deleted without warning if ITC finds it to be inappropriate, such as causing a hindrance to other users. Due to reasons related to the maintenance contract, data will be erased regardless of the point of failure when equipment fails, even during the period of use, and cannot be restored.

* Work Drive (D: Drive)

Temporary working space available for terminals (Win/Mac) installed on campus. It can only be used when logged in to these designated terminals, and cannot be viewed from other terminals.
