Unreachable SFC-CNS E-mail Error

Lately, we received some requests about the following troubleshooting;

• Not delivered emails which users sent via the SFC-CNS SMTP server
• Delayed email receiving via the SFC-CNS IMAP server

We have found that IP addresses of SFC-CNS SMTP servers are registered to Real-time Blackhole List (RBL) in any security appliances and applications. We have already identified causes and applied for deleting the IP addresses in RBL.
