[Power Outage 2020] Power outage and disruption of water supply due to electrical equipment testing on campus in AY2019.

3. All university/graduate school areas other the above (1. and 2.) and Junior/Senior High School areas December 20, 2020 (Sunday) 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
