Procedures of Mail Forwarding Service for Alumni
Procedures for mail forwarding service are shown in a table below. This service is provided for undergraduate students who will graduate, graduate students who will complete master or doctoral program, and doctoral candidates who will withdraw from the doctoral program.
They will not be able to continue to use SFC-CNS services because their CNS accounts will be deleted on April 1, 2021.
By using this mail forwarding service, they can forward their CNS emails to arbitrary email addresses for a year. If you are one of them and would like to use this service, ITC recommends that you follow procedures below by the end of March after starting the registration.
In addition, your data on mail server or home directory will not be able to use after April 1, so please make a backup data by the end of March.
If you will go on to the graduate school or enroll as a faculty member / visiting researcher, you can continue to use SFC-CNS services. Please inquiry about procedures for using your SFC-CNS accounts.
