Procedures of Mail Forwarding Service for Alumni

Procedures for mail forwarding service are shown in a table below. This service is provided for undergraduate students who will graduate, graduate students who will complete master or doctoral program, and doctoral candidates who will withdraw from the doctoral program.

They will be unable to continue to use SFC-CNS services since their CNS accounts will be deleted on October 1, 2021.

By using this mail forwarding service, they can forward their CNS emails to any other email addresses for a year. If you are one of them and would like to use this service, ITC recommends you to follow procedures below by the end of September after starting the registration.

Please be aware that after October 1 you will not be able to access on the datas remained on the CNS mailserver or the homedirectory. So please make sure to keep the backup by the end of September.

If you will go on to the graduate school or enroll as a faculty member / visiting researcher, you can continue to use SFC-CNS services. Please inquiry about procedures for using your SFC-CNS accounts.

Overview By registering email addresses for forwarding on the Shonan Fujisawa ITC's web page, you can forward CNS emails to these addresses for a year.
Users Undergraduate students who will graduate in September 2021 (Faculty of Policy and Management, Faculty of Environment Information Studies)
Graduate students who will complete master program in September 2021.
Graduate students who will complete doctoral program in September 2021.
Doctoral candidates who will withdraw from the doctoral program in September 2021.
Start registration September 3, 2021 at 13:00 ※tentative
Procedures 1) Access Mail Forwarding Configuration Pagehttps://itcsecure.sfc.keio.ac.jp/fwd/
2) Login with CNS login name and CNS login password
3) Enter any email addresses for forwarding and click on “submit your changes”
4) Logout
Service contents ・Add/delete email addresses for forwarding
・Set/Change password for forwarding emails (This password is required to change settings after graduation)
・Change language (Jananese or English)
Notes ※ Forwarding services starts after registering this service.
※ Set password for forwarding emails upon your first login.
※ Users can receive emails as is previously done until September 30, 2021. From October 1, you can only receive emails which addresses are registered.
※ Users can register new forwarding email addresses after October 1, but emails sent from the October 1 to a day of registration are not saved. ITC recommend that users register by the end of September 2021.
※ This service can be used for 1 year after graduate.
