[Power Outage 2021] Power outage and disruption of water supply due to electrical equipment testing on campus in AY2019.

3. All university/graduate school areas other the above (1. and 2.) and Junior/Senior High School areas December 28, 2021 (Tuesday) 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
