Regarding the End of POP Connection for Gmail (January 2026)

Google has announced that, for improved convenience and security, it will "discontinue the 'Check mail from other accounts (POP)' feature offered in the browser version of Gmail starting in January 2026."
As a result, users who have been centrally managing emails from external providers or custom domains in their Gmail inbox using POP connections are requested to migrate to an alternative solution.

• If you wish to check external emails using Keio Mail, please set up forwarding from the external email to Keio Mail.
• If forwarding settings are not possible, or if you must retrieve emails via POP, please set up reception using an MUA (Mail User Agent/email client).
