Action Required: Microsoft Office Security Update（May 15）
[Important] Response to Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
A critical vulnerability, "CVE-2026-40361", has been reported in Microsoft Office products.
If this vulnerability is exploited, simply opening a malicious file could allow unauthorized programs to execute on your PC.
To prevent any potential damage, please follow the steps below to immediately update to the latest version.
1. Update Procedure (Please perform on your own PC)
Office for Windows
- Launch Excel or Word

Click "File" in the top left corner
*If a file is already open - Select "Account" from the bottom left menu
- Click "Update Options"

Select "Update Now"
*The system will begin checking for and applying updates.
Office for Mac
- Launch Excel or Word
- Click "Help" in the top menu bar
- Select "Check for Updates"
- The Microsoft AutoUpdate screen will appear

Click "Update"
*If your software is already up to date, it will display "All apps are up-to-date".
