Adobe has informed us that changes to Adobe Creative Cloud ID and storage specifications will be implemented within the next few days. If you have applied to use Adobe ETLA and are using Adobe products, please take the following actions.

Adobe has informed us that the implementation will take place in the next few days, but the exact date and time may not be forthcoming. Please be careful when using Adobe products in the future.

Date: Scheduled to take place February 20-25, 2023.
Specific times may not be notified.

Eligibility: Faculty and staff (who have applied to use Adobe ETLA and are using Adobe products)
Contents:
  • Change from personal storage to organizational storage
  • Change from AdobeID to BusinessID

The storage space previously allocated to individual IDs will now be owned by the organization (Keio University). Exceeding the storage capacity allocated to the organization will affect the use of the entire Keio University, so we ask for your cooperation in deleting unnecessary data.

Correspondence:
After the specification change, you will be logged out of the Creative Cloud application once and will need to log in again.
When you log in again, you will need to select a profile and storage, so please follow the instructions for starting to use the new storage features.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reissue your own password from Adobe's page.
You can get your password reissued from the Adobe Systems website. Click on Reset or change the Adobe password for further details.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
