In order to prevent the spread of infections amidst the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic, please observe all of the following rules when using the PCs installed in PC Rooms and Media Centers.

  • Users must meet the campus entry standards, wear "a non-woven mask" at all times, and use the rooms during the designated opening hours.
  • Disinfect your hands by yourself when entering and leaving rooms (before and after use; do not perform routine disinfection on PCs, etc.)
  • Eating and drinking are not allowed in the PC Rooms.
  • Do not use terminals or seats that are marked as not being available for use, and do not sit next to others for the purpose of working together.
  • Do not remove keyboard covers. You may wipe the keyboard and mouse by yourself using an alcohol wet tissue.
  • Do not touch the PC screen.
  • Do not move acrylic boards or installed PCs.
  • Disinfect your hands before and after using printers.
  • Keep conversations to a bare minimum in PC Rooms.
  • It is not permitted to take distance learning classes in PC Rooms. If necessary, use one of the classrooms made separately available for the purpose of taking classes.
  • As a general rule, do not close the windows for ventilation. However, this does not apply when wind and rain are blowing into the room. Acclimate to the hot or cold by putting on or removing items of clothing.
  • Keep usage to the minimum amount of time required.

We kindly ask you all for your understanding and cooperation.
