How to Check Your Outlook Version
- Launch Outlook(new).

Move your cursor to the top of the screen to display the menu bar, then hover over [Outlook].

If [Legacy Outlook] is listed in the displayed menu, you are using Outlook(new).
SPAM Filtering Setup Example
- Launch Outlook(new).

Click [Inbox] while holding down the Control key.

Select [New Folder] from the displayed menu.

An input field will appear; enter [SPAM].

Confirm that a folder named [SPAM] has been created.

Display the menu bar at the top of the screen again and hover over [Tools]. Next, click [Rules...] from the menu list.

The [Rules] window will open. Click the [Add rule] button.

The settings window will open. Enter "SPAM" in the [Name your rule] field, configure the following settings, and click [Save].
- "Select a condition" field: Select [Message header includes]
- "Enter wors to look for" field: Enter [X-Ironport] and [SPAM]
- "Select an action" field: Select [Move to]
- "Select a folder" field: Select [SPAM]

You will return to the [Rules] window; confirm that the [SPAM] rule has been added.
