  • In case you forget your CNS logim password, Shared Working Area DB password, APOP password, keio.jp password
    Please come to Shonan Fujisawa KIC CNS service desk, bringing identification document with you.
    Acceptable Forms of Identification Student student ID card
    Faculty members

    Please present one of the following.

    ・faculty and staff ID card
    ・Japanese driver's license
    ・certificate of driving record (issued on or after April 1, 2012)
    ・passport
    ・health insurance card
    ・residence card
    * Individual number card is not available

  • In case you forget your IMAP/SMTP-AUTH password, personal homepage DB password
    If you have your current CNS login password, you can change or confirm these password. Please try those procedures indicated in the list above.

  • Those who use the Mac environment of SFC need to carry out the following procedures, after changing a CNS login password.
    The message "unlock the keychain" often shows up.

  • Passwords managed by Shonan Fujisawa KIC are listed above. If you have any trouble with password which is not listed above, please contact where they are issued.
