Class Assistant Settings

This section describes how to specify settings for classes to which you are assigned as an assistant.

When you log into the Class Support System, if you are assigned as a co-teacher for joint classes, the message "SELECT YOUR CLASS" will appear at the top of the first page.

Click [SELECT YOUR CLASS] to choose a joint class from the drop-down list.
In the form that appears to the right, enter the password you have been assigned by the evaluator in charge or the co-teacher. (This password is set directly by the evaluator in charge or the co-teacher. Make sure to contact them for the details.)
After you finish entering the password, click [View].

The classes to which you are assigned as an assistant are displayed.
To specify the settings for a particular class, click the class name in the [Classes] column.

The features and items you are allowed to specify vary, depending on the privileges you are granted by the evaluator in charge. In addition, the following items can only be accessed by the evaluator in charge of the class.

  • Class Info: Register Non-Degree Students
  • Class Message Board: Modifying/Deleting Class Message Boards set up by the evaluator in charge
