This section describes how to verify study materials for course registration (E-study materials) that faculty members have registered to upload.

a. Verifying New Study Materials

To verify new study materials for a course (E-study materials) that the faculty members have registered to upload, you can log into the "Class Support" and check the [New Study Materials] column.
To view the details, click the name displayed in the [New Study Materials] column.

The details for the corresponding study material are displayed.
To download the uploaded files, click [Download].

b. Confirming Verified Study Materials

After you verify a new study material, it is removed from the [New Study Materials] column.
To verify materials that have already been removed from the column, perform the following procedure:
In the timetable, click the name of the class whose study materials you want to verify.

The verified information for the class appears. To view the details, click the text in the [Study Materials] column.

The details for the study material appear.
To download the uploaded files, click [Download].
