Using the "Class Support" and Applying for a Local Account Q&A

Below are answers to questions about using the "Class Support" and applying for a local account.

  1. Iam a correspondence student. Can I use the "Class Support"?
  2. Iam a student from another university. Can I use the "Class Support"?
  3. Can I use the "Class Support" for a class that is not one of my registered courses?

1. I am a correspondence student. Can I use the "Class Support"?

Currently, correspondence students (that are not correspondence course students) are not qualified to have a Keio ID. Thus you are unable to use the "Class Support".

2. I am a student from another university. Can I use the "Class Support"?

In general, only students that have a valid Keio ID and are properly enrolled in one of the corresponding courses can use the "Class Support". Thus, students from other universities are unable to use the system. However, this rule does not fully apply to exchange students (that were previously allowed by Keio University or another university to register for courses). For details, please contact us.

3. Can I use the "Class Support" for a class that is not one of my registered courses?

You must be registered as a non-degree student by the faculty member in charge of the class. Please contact the faculty member for the class you want to take.
