Data on Work Drive (D: Drive) will be deleted (Feb. 3/Mar. 19)

Data on Work Drive (D: Drive) will be deleted according to the schedule below.
10:00a.m., February 3 (Mon), 2020
k18, e17, i18, o17 and the same type of Macs in SFC
2:00p.m., March 19 (Thu), 2020
L11, L18, L21 and All PCs/Macs in MC/NMC
Each individual will be responsible for backing up necessary data to external HDDs or such. Data cannot be restored for whatever reason.
Make sure that backing up will be finished until January 31, because we will remove computers (iMac) from PC rooms k, e, i, o.
