Notice for faculty and staff members retiring in the end of March, 2023 (regarding use of keio.jp)

As a rule, individuals who will be leaving Keio University upon retirement in the end of March, 2023 will lose access to all applications associated with their “keio.jp” account, with the exception of Keio Mail. The service will become progressively unavailable after 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2023.

• Individuals leaving Keio University will also lose access to Google Workspace, Box, OneDrive, Webex and Zoom so they will need to back up their data by following the instructions provided.
• Please change the "Owner" of the files and folders you share in Google Workspace and Box.
• Please delete the data in Google Workspace, Box, and OneDrive after backing up the necessary data.(excluding files and folders that are shared)
