1. How do I delete a report assignment?

You can delete a report assignment by "Delete" button on "Report details" screen.

b. Submitting

1. A student claims that I have submitted their report, but I am sure that I haven't done so. What should I do?

Please contact the Student Affairs Office.

2. Can the file name of a report that a student has submitted be downloaded without changing the file name?

Yes. It can be downloaded by the new method.

c. Returning

1. None of the action buttons used to return reports are displayed, and I can't specify any of the settings.

You cannot return reports, or enter or specify settings for returning reports on or before the report's due date.

2. Is there a function that returns all reports en bloc?

There are two methods of returning all reports en bloc. There is a setting, return en bloc for each item and a setting, select student and return en bloc.

3. When reports have been submitted, why are they displayed in red in the column: reports that must be submitted?

There are cases where if a faculty member has changed the setting of submission deadline etc. of reports after the reports have been submitted, this display appears.

4. The button to download submitted report files is not displayed.

Some functions such as report download or return, can be worked on, revised and deleted for example, only by the person with authority to mark the said class and by co-teachers/class assistants etc. who have registered the contents. If you wish to revise, delete, or otherwise work on contents that another co-teacher has registered, it is necessary to register Groups and make Common Settings.

5. Can the return settings be deleted?

The return settings cannot be deleted. If you reset the return settings, the former are overwritten, so enter a comment and send it to the student.
