(Q1) What are the specifications for Keio Mail?
(A1) Please refer to Notes on using Keio Mail or Using Keio Mail with POP3/IMAP4 in this User's Guide.

(Q2) How large is the storage capacity of the email spool?
(A2) The capacity limit will be gradually applied from March 15, 2023. The total capacity of My Drive (Drive and Keio Mail) will be as follows: Faculty: No limit, Students: 20GB, Staff: 5GB.

(Q3) Can I use Keio Mail with POP3 protocol? I want to retrieve messages with my email client and store them on my PC instead of using Keio Mail as a Web mail system.

(Q4) Can I use IMAP protocol with Keio Mail?
(A4) It is available. For more details, refer to Using Keio Mail with POP3/IMAP4 protocols in the User's Guide.

(Q5) I don't know how to use Keio Mail with POP3 and IMAP protocols.

(Q6) Can I forward messages to other email addresses?
(A6) Refer to automatically forwarding emails.

(Q7) What is the "POP3 download"?
(A7) This is a function that allows you to use POP for receiving external email on Keio Mail. You can read email messages on the Web mail system, which is useful when the external email system does not provide a web mail service. Unlike normal forwarding, you can receive messages only when you need to, which helps save on storage. For more details, refer to here .

(Q8) When I obtain an individual email address and use Gmail, can I integrate it with my Keio mail account?
(A8) The accounts cannot be integrated, but you will be able to switch between accounts by using Google Chrome, or using a separate browser for each account. And you will be able to switch between two email accounts, by setting an additional account.

(Q9) Can I continue to use the service after leaving Keio by graduation, completion, or resignation?

(A10) Yes, you can.

(Q11) Where will my email data be stored?
(A11) It will be stored in the Google data center. For details about the data center, check Data center locations.

(Q12) Can I use it outside Japan?
(A12) It is reported that Google services cannot be used in China and other countries or regions.Reference:State of known lack of access to Google services. But now we can use Keio Mail in these areas. For details, please contact the keio.jp Help Desk.

(Q13) You have lost a terminal using Google Workspace(formerly G Suite) (PC, cell phone, smart phone, etc.). What should you do?
