If you meet both of the following conditions and you cannot login to shared Windows machines in SFC after the maintenance work (March 27), please use either of resolution methods.

  • Those who made their own CNS accounts before March 31, 2012
  • Those who have never changed CNS login passwords


<Resolution Method>

(1) Coming to CNS/ERNS Service Desk in Shonan Fujisawa ITC
(2) Changing your CNS login password on the web site with shared Mac or your own PC
