SFC-CNS account after graduation
Except you will belong to Keio University such as going on to graduate school or employment, you won't be able to use any services of SFC-CNS.
After your SFC-CNS account will be terminated, any data on your home directory or on mail server will be unavailable. Please backup your data before your SFC-CNS account is terminated.

Migration to your personal Dropbox account
After termination of SFC-CNS account, you cannot access to your dropbox account belonging to SFC-CNS team, so please migrate your dropbox account to personal one. Instractions
Backup of e-mail
If you're accessing to mail server via IMAP, you won't be able to access e-mails on mail server once your account is terminated. (Some e-mail client supports offline caching)
If you want to back up the data or e-mails on the server, please follow the instruction to back up the e-mails via IMAP4
Mail Forwarding Service
You can apply mail forwarding service for one year. Any mail arrives to your SFC-CNS mail address will be forwarded to your registered e-mail address.
If you wish to apply this service your SFC-CNS account is terminated, you won't be able to apply via online. So if you plan to use this service, please apply it until your SFC-CNS account is terminated.
Anyone who will keeping SFC-CNS account is not eligible for this service.
Use of CNS e-mail address in services outside of Keio University
If you use CNS e-mail address in services outside of Keio University, you cannot received no e-mails from these services after your SFC-CNS account is terminated. So we recommend that you change register e-mail address before your SFC-CNS account is terminated.
Note that we do not accept any requests to enable e-mail address after graduation.
